WISHAWAVE is now two-for–two in baby races, so far, during this early racing season.

In his second lifetime start, first at the Meadowlands, the 2-year-old son of BETTOR’S WISH rolled to a wire-to-wire victory from post seven in 1:54.1. 

Driven by Scott Zeron for trainer Linda Toscano and Owner/Breeder Brittany Farms LL (with partner The Bay’s Stable LLC), the colt set moderate early fractions of :30.2 and :58.4 to the half. In hand and in command, WISHAWAVE hit the third panel in 1:27.3 before unleashing a swift :26.3 final quarter to win easily by 3-1/2 lenghts.

WISHAWAVE is a half-brother to WAVEMAKER p,3,1:49.3 ($121,465) and is from the Captaintreacherous mare MAKING WAVES p,2,1:50.1 ($141,665).
