MAYA PATEL HANOVER got her second win in a row at Pocono Downs on May 23, easily taking a $30,000 (div.) of the PA All-Stars in 1:56.3f over a sloppy track. 

Driven by Yannick Gingras for co-owner and trainer Ake Svanstedt, the 3-year-old daughter of CAPTAIN COREY increased her lifetime earnings to $157,816 in the score.  Now a perfect 2-for-2 on the season, the daughter of Captain Corey is co-owned by Brittany Farms and was bred by Hanover Shoe Farms.  (Curtis Salonick photo)
