Unraced at two, the Captaintreacherous colt CAPTAIN UNDERHAND took a record of 1:51.3f at Harrah’s Philadelphia on May 17 in a conditioned pacing event, posting a :27.1 final quarter. 

Driven by Simon Allard for trainer Tony Alagna and owners Brittany Farms, Marvin Katz, Micki Rae Stables and Caviart Farms, it was the colt’s second pari-mutuel start following a pair of qualifiers.  The week before, Captain Underhand finished second in his maiden debut, race timed in 1:51.2.  (Grace Zimmers photo).
